Monday September 24

 

The Cannabis industry continues to scramble to get a toehold in the beverage business. New Age Farms (CSE:NF) (OTC:NWGFF) (FSE:ONF) announced its acquiring California based Drink Fresh Water LLC

 

New Tech meets the Marijuana business as waste water company,  Micron Waste Technologies Inc. (CSE: MWM) (OTC: MICWF) (Frankfurt: 7FM2) announced a successful trial of its Cannavore™ cannabis waste processing in partnership with Aurora Cannabis Inc. (TSX: ACB)

 

Tuesday September 25

 

Another day and another entry into the Cannabis Beverage Market. Chemesis International Inc. (CSE: CSI) (OTC: CADMF) announces its intention  to create and distribute its own line of cannabis infused beverages.

 

Kontrol Energy Corp. (CSE:KNR) (FSE:1K8), has been selected to deliver its proprietary energy management hardware and software solution for up to 60 multi-residential buildings across Canada.  Their energy solutions are expected to provide Real Estate Managers with real time energy consumption data to reduce energy costs.

 

PUF Ventures (CSE: PUF) (Frankfurt: PU3) (OTCPK: PUFXF) announces a $40 Million investment for the development of large scale cannabis cultivation facility In Delta, B.C. The proposed greenhouse will consist of 2,200,000 sq. feet of illuminated greenhouse space and 1,700,000 sq. feet of “ebb and flood” irrigation space.

 

 

Wednesday September 26

 

 

Renforth Resources Inc. (CSE – RFR) has received results for the July/August drill program with a highlighted return of Intersects 14m of 3.06 g/t Au in a new zone at its Parbec project  in Malartic, Quebec

 

With legalization just around the corner in Canada, support businesses continue to get their ducks in a row to service the new industry, Today TrackLoop Analytics Corp. (CSE: TOOL) (FWB: B2IN) announced the acquisition of ChainTrack Technologies Inc. a company providing Internet-of-Things powered supply chain tracking solutions, including “cold chain” (refrigerated supply chain) tracking in order to be able to service the new Cannabis sector.

 

 

Thursday September 27

 

 

Choom™ (CSE: CHOO) (OTCQB: CHOOF) and ParcelPal Technology Inc. (CSE: PKG) (FSE: PT0) (OTC: PTNYF) announced they have entered into an agreement whereby ParcelPal will handle Choom’s delivery logistics.

 

Peekaboo Beans Inc.  (CSE: BEAN) (OTCQB: PBBSF), a direct‐sales retailer of children’s apparel Closes the first tranche it non-brokered private placement  for gross proceeds of approximately $642,000. It intends to use the funds corporate development and  general working capital purposes. 

 

 

Friday September 28

 

Winston Gold Corp. (CSE: WGC) (OTCQB: WGMCF) announce results from a 7-hole drill program (700 metres), on the Company’s wholly-owned Winston Gold Property, near Helena Montana. 

 

“These drill results continue to expand the size and continuity of both the Parallel and Block 93 veins towards the Southwest,” commented Murray Nye, CEO and Director of Winston Gold Mining.  “These holes have increased the length of the Parallel Vein by 125 ft. (38.1 m) to a strike length of 583 ft. (178 m). The Block 93 Vein has been increased by 103 ft (31.4 m) to a strike length of 417 ft. (127 m). The vertical extent of the Block 93 vein has also been extended by 43 ft. (13 m) to 240 ft. (73 m). Both veins remain open for expansion along strike as well as to depth.”
