LottoGopher Holdings Inc. (CSE: LOTO) (OTCQB: LTTGF) (FSE: 2LG)  announces, further to its news release of May 31, 2018, that the Company has closed the first tranche of the non-brokered private placement of common shares of the Company at $0.075 per Share.

The first tranche closing consisted of 17,000,000 Shares for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,275,000.

All securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day in accordance with applicable securities legislation ending on October 5, 2018. The net proceeds from the Offering will primarily be used for general working capital, acquisitions and marketing purposes.
