3TL TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS ONE YEAR LICENSE WITH LEADING KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND PLUMBING PRODUCTS MANUFACTURER

 

 

 

 

 

3tl Technologies Corp. (TSX-V: TTM) (OTCQB: TTMZF) is pleased to announce that it signed a one-year license agreement with a leading kitchen, bathroom and plumbing products manufacturer. The Customer, a private company that has been in business for over 100 years, sells its products under eight brands in global markets. The license agreement is for a one year term totalling $220,000 plus transaction fees. The license agreement  was signed in February of this year with implementation scheduled for late April 2018, and provides incentives for the Customer to renew for a second year.

 

 

Under the license agreement, the Customer will use PLATFORM³ to host digital shopper marketing promotions across multiple brands. PLATFORM³ will be used to engage consumers via mobile devices, reward purchases and collect valuable consumer data.  PLATFORM³’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning modules will enable the Customer to monetize the consumer data by targeting offers based on consumers’ purchasing behaviour and demographics.

 

 

“Our platform delivers the best value to customers when they commit to longer term licenses,” said Robert Craig, 3tl’s CEO. “This annual agreement enables the Customer to collect valuable data regarding their consumers’ preferences so that they can increase the impact of rewards and targeted offers. PLATFORM³ is designed to motivate initial purchases, and provide tools to motivate purchase frequency and reward loyalty, such that return on investment increases for longer term licenses.”
